TERMS FOR THIS INDEPENDENT GAME

Terms of use

Updated October 5, 2026 · Al Muzari — لعبة المزارع · Omni Code / Mohamed Alazmi

These terms cover the game and its optional features, together with the privacy policy and applicable App Store terms. This website does not announce current App Store availability.

Play and local saves

The game is a fictional entertainment experience for personal use under the platform license. Romance characters are adults; events and the economy belong to the fictional game world. Single-player play does not require Apple or Google sign-in. Saves are local; signing in does not provide cloud synchronization or farm recovery after deletion. Progress, inventory and gems may be lost through app deletion, device data loss or device changes. Operating-system backups are separate from the game.

Fictional economy and optional purchases

Gold, currency, crops, property, stocks and returns in the fictional Souq Al Manakh are game items and statistics. They are not real money or securities, provide no interest in real assets, and cannot be cashed out. This game is not an investment or trading service and provides no investment advice.

Digital gem packs are optional consumables. The App Store displays the localized price before confirmation and handles payment and family approvals. A pending transaction is not complete until confirmed by the platform. Signing in does not transfer locally stored gems across devices or promise consumable restoration from an in-game account. Balancing and features may change through updates.

Purchase review and eligible refund requests go through Apple, subject to store rules and applicable law. We do not impose a blanket no-refund policy, and these terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights.

Accounts, visits and conduct

Optional Apple or Google sign-in also follows the provider's terms. Game Center separately provides visits and rankings. Online features may require an internet connection, an eligible account and compatible versions, and may be affected by outages or family restrictions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted third-party services.

Choose appropriate names without private, abusive or impersonating content. Do not disrupt others' sessions, bypass purchase protections or falsify ranking entries. Visits display the host farm and do not authorize visitors to modify its progress or spend host funds. The game has no chat feature.

Rights, support and changes

Code, branding and assets belong to their respective rights holders under applicable licenses. Game items do not transfer ownership of artwork, marks or redistribution rights. These terms do not prohibit uses permitted by law. For help, visit support or email mohamedalazme133@gmail.com. We may provide fixes and updates but cannot guarantee software free of all errors or recovery of a lost local file. Mandatory legal guarantees remain applicable. Changes to these terms will carry an updated date and additional notice where required.
